I may arrive for setup as early as 15 minutes before the start of your massage.

I will bring a massage table, clean linens, massage cream or gel, bolsters, a stool, a clock, and music. If you would like to use one or two of your pillows for comfort, I can provide pillowcases for those.

Please let me know in advance if you already own a massage table. Massages performed on your table are eligible for a $10 discount.

We will need a minimum of 8’ x 10’ for the table. If your space doesn’t quite accommodate this, don’t worry! We can always give it a try and see how it goes.

Before your massage, it is best to wear clothing that can be easily removed, like loungewear or a robe.

For your time on the table, please undress to your comfort level. Most folks wear underpants only, but you may remove them if you prefer. You will be securely draped the entire time. Please remove any jewelry that might limit my access to areas that need work.

These are good times to use the bathroom, sip on some water or tea, change into a robe, and relax! No helping allowed :)
